The story centers around (played by Tanya Maniktala), a beautiful vampire with a broken fang (hence "Tooth Pari," a play on "Tooth Fairy"), who lives in the underbelly of Kolkata. Her world is dark, restrictive, and ruled by ancient rules.
The series follows , a defiant and rebellious vampire living underground with her clan. The clan, known as Ora’s clan, is bound by an old deal with a mysterious man named Adi Deb (Adil Hussain) , also known as AD, whose family has protected them for generations. To keep the peace and ensure their survival, the vampires are forbidden from entering the human world above. AD supplies them with blood from a nearby hospital and keeps them entertained, but this arrangement is more like a “luxury prison” than a haven.
