[patched] Download Steam-api64r.dll

Sudden PC shutdowns, power outages, or interrupted game updates can corrupt the file.

When this file goes missing, Windows will display one of the following alerts:

Steam will now scan your game files and compare them with the master copies on its servers. Any missing or damaged file—including DLLs—will be automatically re-downloaded and replaced. Once the process finishes, restart your computer and try launching the game again.
