If your legacy Windows CE hardware cannot handle the newest Navione update, consider migrating to modern, actively supported navigation ecosystems:
Avoid files simply named navione_new.exe without a version number.
Insert a high-speed MicroSD card (8GB to 32GB recommended) into your computer.
Press the "Navi" or "GPS" button on your head unit. The system should now boot into the Navione interface.
