La Touche is now in a building within a red "restricted zone" on the map. Use this opportunity to secure the last few Phantom Blade kills you need for the optional challenge. You'll find several guards on the balconies and inside the building. The entrance to La Touche's building is a balcony on the southeast side. Clear out the guards, and don't forget to grab the Artifact on the wall inside for a free collectible. Head downstairs and interact with the door to trigger another cutscene.
