When combined, "ABG Kimcil" refers to teenage girls (ABG) who are perceived as behaving in a flirtatious, provocative, or sexually suggestive manner. The term "Kimcil" also became infamous in Indonesia following a viral scandal in 2013 involving a video of junior high school students performing an erotic dance, which was labeled "Goyang Kimcil" (Kimcil Dance). The term carries strongly negative and misogynistic connotations.
