Go to the tab and select your Method (Thermal Transfer if using a ribbon, or Direct Thermal if using heat-sensitive paper).

: Ensure the USB cable is firmly connected at both ends. Consider trying a different USB port, preferably on the rear of the computer, as front ports sometimes provide insufficient power.
