Do not plug the USB cable into your computer yet.

Insert the Artcut Installation Disc 1 into your computer (or run the downloaded setup file). Do not plug the USB cable into your computer yet

First, install your chosen software. After installation, connect the serial cable to both the computer and the plotter, and turn the machine on.
