Before installing any APK, your Firestick must be allowed to install applications from sources outside the Amazon Appstore.
On some Firestick models with older software (Fire OS 6 or below), you may need to turn ON "ADB Debugging" and "Apps from Unknown Sources" directly within Developer Options.
: If an app asks for unnecessary permissions (like accessing your contacts or storage for no reason), don't install it.
